Step 1 – Getting Started
Send in your old resume for an evaluation and needs assessment. I will reply with your review and a fee quote.
Note: If you decide not to order, don’t worry — I will not add you to a mailing list. I will follow up once and then leave you alone. I don’t believe in filling up your inbox with marketing messages (frequently spun as “career advice”).
Experienced professionals can expect to pay between $550 and $950. Senior managers and other clients planning to move into an executive level position typically pay between $850 and $1,250. Experienced senior executives and clients with scientific, engineering, or technical backgrounds typically pay between $1,100 and $1,850. Every client is different, which is why I offer a free quote. I don’t spam or add you to any kind of list and you won’t be automatically subscribed to any newsletters.
Step 2 – Information Gathering
I use a standard resume writing questionnaire that I ask all of my clients fill out. That way, I have something I can reference while I am working on your project. If you already have a resume, I will simply e-mail you my specific questions about your work history. After you return your completed questionnaire, I will e-mail you again with any additional questions I may need answered to get started on your project. We can also schedule an appointment if you would like to go over your career history over the phone.
Step 3 – Resume Development
Once I have received all of the information I need, I will move on to the resume development phase of our project. Resume development typically takes 7-10 business days unless we agree on a different schedule. If you have a deadline, please tell me as early in the process as possible.
Step 4 – Editing & Finalization
You will have the opportunity to request any changes you would like once I have sent your new document(s). Once we agree that the project is completed to your satisfaction, I will proofread the document(s) and make the file conversions.
